About this event

In our constantly changing reality, and with increasingly stringent regulations and requirements, directors, management and investors must now lead their organizations through uncertainty in uncharted territory. Our 17th annual conference – held in partnership with the University of California Berkeley Center for Law and Business – will provide an open forum for global business leaders to interact and discuss today’s most pressing governance issues.
Recognizing the importance of all stakeholders, participants will share their experiences and provide frameworks for dealing with the most relevant governance topics, ranging from supply chain, disruptive technologies, cyber ransom and AI, to EST, diversity and inclusion and human capital.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests made before March 1, 2022 will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made between March 1-9, 2022 will be refunded 50% of the paid registration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after March 9, 2022. Substitutions are allowed. Registered attendees who “no-show” will forfeit all registration fees.
